Lynda Botsch is Co-Founder of Magnolia Collective, LLC, where she helps organizations strengthen workplace culture through strategic human resources consulting, employee relations, leadership coaching, and workforce development. She also serves as Chair of the Bedford County Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee and is a member of the Tennessee State Workforce Development Board, connecting employers with workforce solutions and talent development opportunities.
