Event Guidelines

Security | If security is required for your event, the organizer will incur the cost.

Bathrooms | The county does not provide janitorial service during your event, so it is recommended that you designate a person/people to monitor the bathrooms. The bathrooms will be appropriately stocked with sufficient paper towels and toilet paper.

During your event, it is your responsibility to:

Supply additional paper towels and toilet paper, if needed

Clean up after patrons in the bathrooms - spills and accidents

Emergencies | In the event of a health emergency, please call 911. If a toilet overflows, a pipe breaks, or there are other building issues, including electrical, please call 931- 703-0639 and leave a message if you receive voicemail. This number is to be used for building maintenance issues only, not for janitorial issues.
